Thread Vein Treatment

Thread veins are small clusters of red or blue veins. They appear on the legs and are also known as spider or broken veins. Lots of factors contribute to their formation including ageing, hormonal changes and lifestyle factors.

I offer two types of thread vein treatments: Thermolysis and Microsclerotherapy.

Thermolysis uses heat to gently cauterise the veins and can be used for facial thread veins.

​

Microsclerotherapy (where a chemical is injected into the vein causing the vein to close and be broken down by the body) and thermolysis can be used to treat thread veins in the legs.
